                                          Transitioning to Adulthood

Transitioning to Adulthood is an IAF Special Education Missions Autism Training with  12-month learning module. It starts on January and ends on December of each year. The program provides functional and vocational skills development to clients approaching transitions from adolescence to adulthood.  All activities are designed in accordance with a client's age, interests, capacities and cultural background. Individualized skills development plan focus on semi-independent living in a family setting or shared living with the client's family members.
