Teens to Adulthood

Parent's / guardian's participation is required for this program. A waiting list exists for clients who were not able to  fullfill the required documentation to join this program.

Teens to Adulthood is a  12-month learning module. It starts on January and ends on December of each year. The program provides functional and vocational skills development to clients approaching transitions from childhood to adolescence or are in adult stage.  All activities are designed in accordance with a client's age, interests, capacities  and cultural background. Individualized skills development plan focus on semi-independent living in a family setting or shared living with the client's family members. In order to qualify for this program, clients must first submit entrance application to the general CSEM admissions.
